Privacy Policy

I am fully committed to protecting any information you give me and to only use it in compliance with data privacy laws. This policy describes how I may collect and use personal information, and the rights and choices available to you regarding such information.

The data I collect & why I collect it
Personally identifiable information

The only personally identifiable information I collect and store about you is the information that you choose to provide me by using the contact form. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing my services, or legitimate business obligations, as detailed below, and I will not hold it for any longer than is necessary for these purposes.

Non-personally identifiable information

I use Google Analytics on my website so that I can understand how people interact with it, how they find it, and which parts of the website are most popular. This helps me to improve the website for the future. Google Analytics doesn’t store any personally identifiable information about you. For more information you can read Google’s privacy policy at:

Embedded content

I use an embedded Google Map to show visitors where my studio is. Embedded content from third parties such as Google behaves in a similar way to you visiting their site directly. These third parties may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with their content. This may include tracking your interaction if you have an account with the third party and are logged in to it.

How I use your information

To respond to an enquiry: when you contact me via this website I collect personal information you provide such as your name, email address and telephone number. This information is used purely for responding to your enquiry, and the delivery of my services to you.

To keep you informed: you can sign up for my newsletter via my contact form. When you sign up for my newsletter I will ask you for your first and last names and your email address. This information is used purely for keeping you updated with email newsletters and keeping you informed of upcoming events and offers. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time by emailing me and letting me know, or by using the appropriate link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Your personal information is held securely and is never shared with, or sold to, any third party.

You Rights

You can request to view, update or edit the personal data that I hold about you. You also have the right to request that I erase any personal data that I hold about you. This does not include personal data which I am obliged to keep for legal, regulatory and tax purposes.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide you with my services as described in my Privacy Policy. Information such as your order and contact details, and email correspondence regarding your order is also used to uphold legitimate business interests, which may be up to 7 years. I may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal, regulatory and tax obligations. Any data which is held, is held securely within the company. For the purposes of EU data protection law, I, Alistair Clark, am the data controller of your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact me here: contact.
